EAST LONDON WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY

Alicia and John split their time between Canada and and London, and decided to elope surrounded by their most immediate family at Hackney Town Hall this week. We had a totally gorgeous afternoon.

You never quite know what kind of weather London might throw at you in the middle of September, and we were so lucky to enjoy one of those glorious warm late summer afternoons.

We went for a little stroll around the backstreets, and the two of them were just so lovely and fun to work with.

If you’re planning to get married at Hackney Town Hall, and would like to take photos inside the building (like upstairs and the staircase), it’s worth asking about the last appointment of the day, and checking whether any other meetings or events are on, as you’ll be more likely to get permission to go upstairs if no other events are taking place.
