Daniela and Matt’s wedding on 2 November had such a beautiful wintery cozy vibe, it made me long for Christmas. Their day was a small intimate affair with most guests staying over at the manor and making a weekend of it. I loved the homely feel of the venue and all the beautiful little touches that went into it. As you can probably tell I had a bit of a soft spot for Daniela and Matt’s spaniel Bruce with his big sad puppy eyes!

Thorpe Manor is a fairly new venue and I think absolutely perfect for a small to medium sized wedding, especially if you want your guests to be able to stay on site. The grounds are gorgeous with some lovely old brick work, old trees and I'm sure lovely flowers in the spring and summer.

It rained quite a bit on the day, but we still managed to pop out for a short while to get some lovely relaxed shots around the gardens, and could shelter under the front entrance for group photos. There are also plenty of lovely decorated rooms to take photos in.
