Hannah & Adamโs winter wedding in Greenwich
Greenwich wedding photography
If you are getting married in January, you couldnโt hope for more beautiful weather than this. Hannah and Adam decided to have their wedding locally to where they live in Greenwich, and Adam didnโt like the idea of sweltering in a suit in the summer, so a January wedding it was. We started off at the Clarendon Hotel in Blackheath, where both of them were getting ready in separate parts of the hotel, then travelled on to the church in a relativeโs gorgeous powder blue vintage car. I get to ride along in some fabulous vehicles in this job! I absolutely adored that colour.
St James Kidbrooke is their regular church, so it was the obvious place to have their wedding ceremony. I loved their ceremony, which was super joyful with a brilliant band. They had booked their ceremony for 1pm, which was perfect at this time of year, as it still left us with plenty of daylight for their couple photos.
Their reception was at the Trafalgar Tavern, right night to Greenwich Naval College, so we popped over there for some photos with the gorgeous architecture. The light couldnโt have been more perfect.
The afternoon continued with drinks in the pub, dinner and speeches and some brilliant dancing with a brass band to finish.
