O&J's engagement shoot (plus doggies) in Richmond Park

Can you bring your doggies along to your engagement shoot? Yes, please! They are part of the family, and it would be a shame not to have them in at least a few photographs. I met Orsi and John in Richmond in early March for their engagement session - one of those hopeful early spring days with the first warm rays of sunshine but definitely still a bite in the air. The sun wasn’t too high yet, and we were treated to some yummy golden hour light.

Ziggy and Maisy were bundles of pure energy, so it felt a bit like a cross between a couple session and a family shoot. They were great at entertaining themselves though, so we managed to get some shots of Orsi and John on their own two. One bit of advice - if you have a young puppy who needs a lot of attention - it might be good to bring a friend or family member along, so they can look after your pup for some of the shoot, so we can get photos of the two of you without too much distraction.
