Lauren & Isaac's wedding at Fitzrovia Chapel
Fitzrovia Chapel wedding photography
Fitzrovia chapel is one of those hidden gems in London that takes you by surprise. It’s not what you expect to find in the hustle and bustle of new office buildings in the midst of central London. I love the unique architecture and intimate feel of the space, perfect for a small to medium sized wedding. Lauren and Isaac’s wedding took place on a sunny warm day at the beginning of September. They surprised their guests with a first dance straight after walking back down the aisle after the ceremony and we had a super joyful bubble confetti exit as they left the chapel.
Whilst their guests were enjoying drinks and canapes, I took the two of them on a walk around the local neighbourhood for their couple photos. As with most neighbourhoods in London, it’s always amazing how much variety you can find within one small area - from historic buildings, to pretty cobble stone muse streets, to a more gritty industrial feel. We returned to the chapel so they could join their guests for drinks for a bit, and I left them when they headed off for dinner. A perfectly lovely afternoon.
