A London summer couple session

I adored this couple shoot for so many reasons. First of all - Melissa and Darryl were the loveliest humans to spend a couple of hours with on a balmy London summer’s evening. They had also just eloped back in the US, and this was their romantic honeymoon in London. So it was extra special to share this special time with them and capture some beautiful memories for them.

Instead of iconic London landmarks, Melissa and Darryl fancied something a bit more quiet and off the beaten track. We enjoyed a lovely walk around the backstreets of Marylebone, plus a little visit to the park. I think it’s always great to mix in a bit of variety in backdrops - and combining an urban street setting with some greenery is usually always possible, with so many parks around every corner in London. The weather was absolutely perfect and we had a super relaxed shoot with plenty of laughs. After a good long walk, it was time for a well earned pint in the local pub, where I left them to it.
