Regents Park engagement shoot - Julia & Carlos

Engagement photos in Regents Park London

We were super lucky and got some beautiful early autumn weather for Julia and Carlos’s engagement shoot in Regents Park. They met in London at Regents University during their study year abroad a few years ago and decided on a trip back to London from the US to get engaged. It was not a surprise engagement, but as they are not planning on having a big wedding, this was their special trip abroad and official engagement and it was pleasure to capture it for them.

We went for a lovely walk in Regents Park, around some of their favourite spots and also popped down to the University and some of the gorgeous streets nearby to capture a nice mix of London vibes.

Regents Park is my favourite of the big London parks, as it has so much variety in backdrops and I have done lots of shoots here. One thing to bear in mind if you’d like to book a shoot in Regent’s Park is that a photography permit is required for professional shoots. More info here. It’s easy to apply for and costs £100 plus VAT. I think it’s well worth it.
