I'm always excited to shoot a wedding on the island just off Auckland, Waiheke. Even though I'm working, getting on that ferry and travelling to a beautiful island feels a bit like going on holiday...

Susan and Adam’s Waiheke wedding was my first ever time to shoot at Mudbrick Vineyard - and what a gorgeous day it was. I had previously met these two for their spring engagement session at Shakespeare Regional Park, where we were constantly dodging crazy windy rain showers, so the calmer weather for their wedding was much welcomed.
