London pre-wedding shoot at St Pancras

Trina and Nick decided to do things a bit differently. Before getting married in Canada, they treated themselves to a little trip to London and have their wedding photos taken here. I was super chuffed that they picked me to be their photographer and we spent a beautiful couple of hours taking photos around town.

I always love it when my couples give me a few specific pointers of the kind of things they love. Nick is a fan of public transport, so St Pancras Station came to mind, especially as they were staying at the beautiful Kimpton Fitzroy Hotel quite close by. I plotted a nice route for us to walk from the hotel and we took photos along the way. Actually we had planned to take a taxi for some of the way, but the weather was no nice and we kept finding more cool spots to take photos, we just ended up walking all the way without noticing. After a little walk around the station and neighbourhood we finished off at the gorgeous little cocktail bar, which I had discovered earlier in the year with a friend and we loved. It’s always great to be able to share a personal favourite with my clients along the way. I really enjoyed this shoot!
